六、应用要点 Application Key Points
1.材料配方（油系）：磷酸铁锂（LFP） 导电炭黑（SP） 导电石墨（KS-6） PVDF（PVDF）
Non-aqueous prescription （91-92）% （2.5-3）% （1-1.5）% （4.5-5.5）%
2.材料配方（水系）：磷酸铁锂（LFP） 导电炭黑（SP） 导电石墨（KS-6） 水性粘结剂（LA133）
Aqueous prescription （90-92）% （2.5-3）% （1.5-2）% （3.0-4.0）%
3.涂覆的面密度可以控制在150—190g/m2，水系材料的面密度还可以适当的上调。
The coated surface density can be controlled between 150—190g/m2 ,aqueous material can be raised appropriately.
4.油系配方的粘度控制在5000MPa.s左右比较合适、水系控制在4000MPa.s左右比较合适。
The viscosity of non-aqueous prescription can be controlled around 5000MPa.s, while aqueous prescription are around 4000MPa.s.
5.涂布中，油系配方的烘烤温度控制在120度以下，水系配方的烘烤温度在100度左右比较合适。
In the coating process, non-aqueous prescription baking temperature should be controlled below 120℃，aqueous prescription about 100℃.
6.材料的压实密度可以达到2.6以上，建议设计压实密度在2.6左右。
The compacted density of material can reach more than 2.6, recommended designed compacted density around 2.6.
